How to submit a FareHarbor Website Live Site Ticket
Tips on how to submit an efficient ticket:
- Outline the overall goal of the ticket and provide details, including website URL and links to the specific pages, sections, or dashboard items related to your request.
- Please include the location of the change. I.e. Below the Quick Details section, but above the Activity Description.
Tip – Screenshots are great to point out exactly what you are referring to! - To help expedite your ticket, it is helpful to have requests grouped. Please include all necessary attachments our team will need to complete this.
Ex: “Here are all the changes for the Home page, Next are all the changes for the Kayaking page”
Our Live Site Support team is ready to help. You can request a website edit through your Account Manager or our submission form.
*Note – this is for FareHarbor Live Websites only.
