How to submit a FareHarbor Website Live Site Ticket

Tips on how to submit an efficient ticket:

  1. Outline the overall goal of the ticket and provide details, including website URL and links to the specific pages, sections, or dashboard items related to your request.
  2. Please include the location of the change. I.e. Below the Quick Details section, but above the Activity Description.
    Tip – Screenshots are great to point out exactly what you are referring to!
  3. To help expedite your ticket, it is helpful to have requests grouped. Please include all necessary attachments our team will need to complete this.
    Ex: “Here are all the changes for the Home page, Next are all the changes for the Kayaking page”
